![]() 理賠須知 (Notice for claims):
「1」 所寄物品若屬於正常物品(非違禁品)在沒有購買保險的情況下,最高賠付額度為:NZD200/票。如果客戶包裹的價值超過NZD200紐幣,需購買保險,保價為申報價值的3%,最高保險上限為:NZD1000。
If the items sent are normal items (not prohibited items) without insurance, the maximum amount of compensation is: NZD200/ticket. If the value of a customer’s package exceeds NZD200, insurance is required. The insured value is 3% of the declared value. The maximum insurance limit is NZD1000. 「2」 任何違禁品不在賠償範圍之內。 Any contraband is not within the scope of compensation. 「3」 任何玻璃等易碎物品不在賠償範圍之內。 Any fragile items such as glass are not covered by the compensation. 「4」 任何液體,乳狀物品,必須使用良好包裝材料(至少三層以上泡沫紙或者客人可以選擇購買氣泡柱) 以避免該貨物破損之後汙染其它物品。如沒有包裝材料的情況下,我司將不予賠付。對於包裝良好的仍然泄露的情況,我司會根據實際情況給予壹定百分比的賠付。 Any liquid or milky items must use good packaging materials (at least three layers of foamed paper or customers can choose to buy bubble columns) to avoid contamination of other items after the goods are damaged. If there is no packaging materials, our company will not pay. If the package is well packaged and still leaks, our company will pay a certain percentage according to the actual situation. 「5」 蜂蜜制品是非常容易破損的貨物,需有良好的包裝。如有沒包裝或者不符合國際快遞包裝標準的貨物,我司將不予理賠。在有良好的包裝情況下,如發生破損有蜂蜜溢出,我司會根據實際溢出的情況賠償貨物10%-50%。如果超過50%的蜂蜜溢出,或已無法正常食用,我司會全額理賠。無品牌的簡易包裝的蜂蜜物品,因其包裝的問題泄露,我司不予以理賠。 Honey products are very easy to break goods and need good packaging. If there are goods that are not packaged or that do not meet the international express packaging standards, our company will not make claims. In the case of good packaging, if there is honey overflow due to damage, our company will compensate 10%-50% of the goods according to the actual overflow. If more than 50% of the honey overflows, or it can no longer be eaten normally, our company will settle the claim in full. For unbranded honey products with simple packaging, our company will not make claims due to the leakage of packaging. 「6」 由於天氣或者產品本身包裝不嚴實原因,造成的貨損,我司不予理賠。例如:外包裝完好,壹些軟糖、巧克力的融化等。 Our company will not compensate for damages caused by weather or poor packaging of the product itself. For example: the outer packaging is intact, some soft candies, chocolate melt, etc. 「7」 對於處於海關商檢扣貨名錄的產品,壹旦被海關商檢扣貨,我司不予承擔理賠責任。例如:肉制品(牛肉幹,寵物食品等..)、奶制品(芝士,芝士餅幹,酸奶粉等...)、嬰兒輔食果泥、花茶、玉石類飾品、爆米花等。 For products in the list of goods detained by customs inspection, our company shall not be liable for compensation once the goods are detained by customs inspection. For example: meat products (beef jerky, pet food, etc..), dairy products (cheese, cheese biscuits, yogurt powder, etc...), baby food supplement, puree, flower tea, jade jewelry, popcorn, etc. 「8」 包裹需收件人本人簽收,並當場驗貨,如若因非本人簽收,事後發現包裹破損,遺漏等情況,因責任不明確,不在理賠的範圍。 The package must be signed by the recipient and inspected on the spot. If the package is found to be damaged or omitted afterwards because it is not signed by the recipient, it is not within the scope of claim settlement due to unclear responsibility. |
![]() 理賠時效 (Limitation of claims):
「1」 由於清關原因導致的時效延遲,貨物在從發貨日起算2個月之內沒有任何清關信息,可按照丟失件處理。
Due to the delay in the time limit caused by customs clearance, the goods can be handled as lost if there is no customs clearance information within 2 months from the date of shipment. 「2」 收到包裹後如果發現外包裝有破損或者二次包裝所引起的貨損,丟失,需在收到包裹後5個工作日內與我司聯系處理,逾期則我司無法處理此類型理賠。 After receiving the package, if it is found that the package is damaged or the goods are lost due to the secondary packaging, you must contact our company within 5 working days after receiving the package. If the package is overdue, our company cannot process this type of claim. 「3」 如果網頁顯示包裹簽收,卻沒有收到的情況,或者物流停滯,需在壹個月內與我司聯系,並調查確認包裹是否遺失,如若遺失,我司按照正常理賠程序理賠,如若超過壹個月聯系我司,鑒於我司很難核實包裹是否真實遺失,不予以處理此類型遺失理賠。 If the web page shows that the package is signed but not received, or the logistics is stagnant, you need to contact our company within one month and investigate whether the package is missing. If it is lost, our company will settle the claim according to the normal claims procedure. If more than one Contact our company every month, since it is difficult for our company to verify whether the package is truly lost, we will not deal with this type of loss claim. |
![]() 申請理賠流程 (Application process):
「1」 任何包裹都需收件人親自驗收,如發現任何問題,請讓快遞派件員註明破損情況.
Any package needs to be checked and accepted by the recipient. If you find any problems, please ask the courier to indicate the damage. 「2」 所有賠付申請,請聯系客服處理,並提供快遞派件員出具的破損情況證明、帶有快遞面單的貨物外包裝圖片、破損貨物圖片,以及快遞單號。我司會在5個工作日之內處理您的賠償。 For all claims, please contact customer service for processing, and provide the damage certificate issued by the courier dispatcher, the picture of the outer packaging of the goods with the express note, the picture of the damaged goods, and the express number. Our company will process your compensation within 5 working days. |
![]() 包裝小貼士 (Packaging tips):
「1」 所有玻璃制品,瓷器以及液體類商品都屬於易碎易漏物品,打包時壹定要用泡沫紙包裹三層以上,條件允許再套上氣泡柱。
All glass products, porcelain and liquid products are fragile and leaky items. When packing, they must be wrapped with foam paper in more than three layers, and conditions allow to put on bubble columns. 「2」 盡量選擇合適的箱子,減少箱子內空間的空隙,可以減少物品在箱子內部的晃動以達到降低貨損率的目的。 Try to choose the right box, reduce the space in the box, and reduce the shaking of the goods in the box to reduce the damage rate. 「3」 合理的打包可以很大強度的降低包裹的貨損,所以請務必對包裹進行妥善的包裝。 Reasonable packing can greatly reduce the damage of the package, so please be sure to pack the package properly. |
